REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Modernization Expertise : Proven hands-on experience navigating complex legacy software codebases, performing technical debt evaluations, and executing migration patterns.

Full-Stack Core Proficiency : Deep practical competence in at least one backend ecosystem and frontend ecosystem as applicable:

Backend: Node.js, Java, or .NET Frontend: Angular or React Cloud & CI/CD Frameworks: Comprehensive deployment experience utilizing major cloud architectures

(AWS or Azure) and establishing structured automation pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). AI & Automation Tooling: Hands-on exposure to modern AI-assisted coding extensions, continuous testing applications, and progressive DevOps automation.
