AI product development, MERN stack, and cloud architectur e to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has

built AI-powered platforms from scratc h, understands how to design scalable systems, and can take ownership across the full development lifecycle from product architecture to deployment. You will work on building modern AI applications, scalable backend services, user-friendly frontends, and cloud-native infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment and have hands-on experience with

LLM integrations, AI workflows, APIs, databases, and production deployment s.

Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using th

e MERN stack.

• Build responsive and scalable frontend interfaces usin

g React.js / Next.js.

• Develop secure, high-performance backend services usin

g Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

• Create reusable components, APIs, and backend modules to support rapid product development.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance across frontend and backend systems.

AI Platform Development

• Build and scal

e AI-powered platforms/products from scratch.

• Integrat

e LLMs, AI APIs, vector databases, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and prompt workflo ws into production applications.

• Work on AI use cases such as chatbots, document intelligence, workflow automation, knowledge assistants, recommendation engines, or custom AI copilots.
• Develop backend workflows for AI orchestration, model inference, prompt execution, response handling, and usage monitoring.
• Optimise AI application performance, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Backend & API Engineering

• Architect RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for web and AI products.
• Build robust authentication, authorisation, logging, queue-based processing, and microservice-ready backend systems.
• Work with structured and unstructured data pipelines for AI and application features.
• Integrate third-party APIs, SaaS platforms, payment systems, and AI services as required.
• Implement scalable database design, caching strategies, and data storage best practice

s. Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy, manage, and optimise applications on cloud platforms such a

s AWS, GCP, or Azu re.

• Set up and maintai

n CI/CD pipelin es, staging/production environments, and release workflows.

• Work wit

h Docker, containerised services, cloud storage, serverless functions, monitoring tools, and scalable hosting environmen ts.

• Design cloud infrastructure for reliability, performance, security, and scale.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime of AI and application service

s. Architecture & Ownership

• Translate product requirements into technical architecture and execution plans.
• Take ownership of the product lifecycle from concept, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, AI engineers, and leadership teams to build scalable solutions.
• Participate in technical decision-making, code reviews, sprint planning, and system improvement discussions.
• Mentor junior developers where required and contribute to engineering best practice

s. Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on experie nce in full stack development.
• Strong experience wi

th MERN st ac

k: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.

• Proven experience buildi

ng AI-based products/platforms from scra tch.

• Hands-on experience integrati

ng OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini / Hugging Face A PIs or similar AI services.

• Good understanding

of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG workflows, and AI application architect ure.

• Strong knowledge

of JavaScript / TypeScr ipt.

• Experience wi

th REST APIs, backend architecture, authentication systems, and scalable database des ign.

• Strong cloud deployment experience wi

th AWS / GCP / Az ure.

• Experience wi

th Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment managem ent.

• Familiarity wi

th Redis, queues, background jobs, logging, and monitoring to ols.

• Ability to work independently in

a remote product environm ent with strong ownership and communication skills.

ith Postgr eSQL or hybrid database systems in addition to MongoDB.

• Understanding

of system design, microservices, event-driven architecture, and performance optimisa tion.

• Exposure

to analytics, observability, and security best pract ices in production environments.

• Prior startup or product-building experience is highly preferred.
