We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have experience across both front-end and back-end technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in an Agile environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your future duties and responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications. Develop responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3–8 years of experience in Full Stack Development. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills Experience with event-driven architecture. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration. Exposure to CI/CD implementation. Experience with SonarQube, Nexus, or Artifactory. Understanding of security best practices such as OWASP. Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence. Competencies Strong ownership and accountability. Customer-focused mindset. Continuous learning and innovation. Team collaboration and stakeholder management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global delivery environment. Good to Have Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom, or Retail domains. Exposure to DevSecOps practices. Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
