Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Python and React to join our growing engineering team in Navi Mumbai. You will own the design, development, and delivery of complex, scalable web applications — working closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers across the full stack. This is a hands-on role for someone who writes clean, production-grade code and takes pride in technical craftsmanship.

What you will do

• Architect and build robust, scalable back-end services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask)
• Develop responsive, performant front-end interfaces with React, TypeScript, and modern state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query)
• Own features end-to-end — from system design and database modelling to deployment and monitoring
• Design and maintain relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines; deploy and maintain applications on AWS / GCP / Azure
• Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce engineering best practices across the team
• Collaborate with QA to define test strategies; write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Identify performance bottlenecks and drive optimisation across the stack
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; contribute to technical roadmap discussions
• Participate in agile ceremonies — sprint planning, retrospectives, and architecture reviews

Must Have Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with strong focus on Python and React
• Expert-level Python — deep knowledge of at least one major framework (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
• Expert-level React — TypeScript, hooks, component architecture, and performance optimisation
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and GraphQL
• Proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and ORMs
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong command of Git, branching strategies, and code review workflows
• Proven ability to design systems for scalability, availability, and maintainability
• Comfortable working in agile/scrum teams with fast release cycles

Good to Have skills

• Experience with message queues / event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery)
• Familiarity with Next.js or server-side rendering patterns
• Knowledge of WebSockets or real-time data streaming
• Prior experience with microservices or distributed systems
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience mentoring developers or leading small engineering squads
