You'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with other team members to deliver high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
• Architecting App <> Cloud <> Embedded system interactions.
• Developing and maintaining full-stack applications - backend, web, app.
• Developing and maintaining AWS based backend - lambdas, microservices, databases, APIs.
• Cross-platform app development - Android/iOS.
• Mentor juniors to become full-stack developers.

Must haves:

• Systems and product thinking. Not just development.
• 6-10 years of expertise in full-stack development.
• Experience in designing highly available RestAPIs using Web Frameworks (ex: Django, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, etc)
• Experience with RDBMS (ex: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services like AWS SQS, AWS Lambdas, AWS SNS, AWS S3.
• In-depth knowledge of native and cross platform frameworks.
• Experience with key design and software architectural patterns.
• Experience working on applications that communicate with networking APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: presenting, documenting, troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with mobile analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools.

The nice to haves:

• Proficiency in handling Bluetooth communication on iOS, including integration with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices for seamless connectivity.
• Working knowledge of MQTT protocol for efficient device-to-cloud messaging and real-time data communication.
• Experience with WebRTC for implementing real-time audio and video communication features.
• Experience with web integrations within iOS apps, including embedding web views, handling hybrid content.
• Experience with build automation and release management.

Academic qualifications Bachelor/Masters Degree in Engineering/Compute Science
