Full-stack Developer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full-stack Developer role based in Kozhikode. The Full-stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support Finjet’s loan advisory and processing workflows. Daily responsibilities include building responsive user interfaces, implementing server-side logic and APIs, integrating front-end and back-end components, and ensuring application performance, security, and reliability. The role involves collaborating with product, operations, and advisory teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of existing systems. The developer will also participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment processes to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development using modern frameworks and databases
• Hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end services
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Understanding of web security, performance optimization, and responsive design principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly
• Minimum 1 year Experience in fintech or financial services platforms is an advantage
