not a basic website developer role. We are looking for a serious

Full Stack Product Developer who can build working software features end-to-end across frontend, backend, database, authentication, dashboards, APIs, admin systems, deployment support, and bug fixing. This role is suitable for someone who has already built real web applications, admin panels, dashboards, SaaS tools, CRM systems, fintech tools, analytics platforms, or internal product systems. • Frontend-only UI work
• Basic HTML/CSS pages
• Only connecting frontend screens to ready-made APIs
• Only copying templates
• Only working under constant senior supervision
• Only making landing pages without backend or product logic This is a

product development role . You must be able to take a requirement and convert it into a working feature. What You Will Build You will work on real product modules such as:

• Client login and onboarding flows
• Protected dashboards
• Admin panels
• User roles and permissions
• Portfolio upload and report delivery systems
• Market intelligence dashboards
• Financial data modules
• CMS-driven blogs, FAQs, glossary, landing pages, and help pages
• Investor quiz and risk profiling workflows
• Research delivery workflows
• CRM, email, WhatsApp, analytics, and payment integrations
• Internal tools for product, research, sales, and operations teams
• Backend APIs for product workflows
• Database structures for users, subscriptions, reports, dashboards, and content systems Core Responsibilities Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Convert Figma designs or UI references into clean, responsive frontend pages
• Build reusable frontend components using React.js / Next.js
• Build dashboards, tables, filters, search, pagination, forms, charts, and admin workflows
• Create backend APIs for product features
• Design and manage database tables
• Handle CRUD operations properly
• Implement login, JWT authentication, protected routes, user roles, and permissions
• Connect frontend pages properly with backend APIs
• Manage loading states, validation, error states, empty states, and success states
• Debug frontend issues, API failures, backend errors, database issues, and deployment problems
• Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO structure, and user experience
• Work with Git/GitHub properly
• Push clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Support deployment, hosting, and production bug fixing
• Work directly with founders, product, quant, design, and business teams
• Convert business requirements into working product features without needing step-by-step spoon-feeding Must-Have Technical Skills Please apply only if you are strong in most of the following:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience
• Strong React.js and/or Next.js experience
• Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design skills
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, MUI, Bootstrap, or similar UI frameworks
• Ability to build dashboards, admin panels, forms, filters, tables, and reusable components
• Strong REST API integration experience
• Backend development experience with Node.js / Express.js, FastAPI, PHP / Laravel, or similar backend framework
• Ability to create backend APIs independently
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases
• Ability to design basic database schemas
• Strong understanding of CRUD operations
• Understanding of login flows, JWT, protected routes, sessions, RBAC, and form validation
• Ability to debug frontend, backend, API, database, and deployment issues independently
• Working knowledge of Git and GitHub
• Basic deployment knowledge using Vercel, VPS, AWS, Docker, or similar hosting environment Backend Expectations This role requires backend ownership. You should be able to:
• Create APIs from scratch
• Structure routes, controllers, and services properly
• Design database tables
• Handle user authentication and access control
• Connect APIs with frontend screens
• Debug API errors
• Handle file upload flows
• Manage data fetching, filtering, searching, and pagination
• Understand production bugs and fix them without blaming frontend, backend, or database separately
• Work with logs, errors, server responses, and API testing tools Frontend Expectations You should be able to:
• Build clean React / Next.js pages
• Create responsive layouts
• Build dashboard components
• Handle tables, forms, filters, tabs, modals, cards, charts, and reusable UI blocks
• Connect APIs properly
• Handle loading, error, success, and empty states
• Make pages usable on desktop and mobile
• Keep UI clean, professional, and production-ready Good To Have The following skills are useful but not mandatory:
• Fintech, SaaS, analytics, dashboard, or data-heavy product experience
• Stock market, financial data, reporting dashboard, or portfolio tool experience
• Headless CMS or WordPress CMS integration
• Payment gateway integration

• Redis, caching, or backend performance optimization
• SEO, Core Web Vitals, Google Search Console, or page-speed optimization
