Full stack developer

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Developer at DigitalXC AI. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications and microservices that power our GenAI automation and employee experience platform. Responsibilities include building responsive, accessible user interfaces, implementing robust back-end services and APIs, integrating with third-party platforms (such as cloud providers, enterprise apps, and DevOps tools), and ensuring performance, scalability, and security. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to translate requirements into production-ready features, writing clean and testable code, reviewing peer code, and participating in agile ceremonies. The developer will also troubleshoot issues in production, optimize existing services, and contribute to continuous improvement of our architecture, tooling, and development practices.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, including building and maintaining complex web applications.
• Hands-on experience in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive UI.
• Solid background in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and experience with one or more server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, .NET).
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
• Understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and scalable architecture for high-availability applications.
