Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack 7+ Years) Job description

Key Responsibilities: ● Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). ● Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both frontend and backend development. ● Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support various application functionalities. ● Work with relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for application data management. ● Implement Python and PHP where necessary for backend services and integrations. ● Collaborate with the team to identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure the application meets high standards of quality. ● Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and provide constructive feedback. ● Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications: ● 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer out of which 3+ years as Team Lead. ● Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). ● Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. ● Hands-on experience with Python and PHP for backend development. ● Familiarity with version control systems like Git, GCP etc ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Skills: ● Experience in building chatbots and AI-related projects. ● Familiarity with AI frameworks, tools, or APIs. ● Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. ● Understanding of DevOps practices and tools. ● Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
