Job Summary

As part of Intelligrow s lending technology team you will evolve core workflows for NBFCs and MFIs, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to audited releases alongside product and QA.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reliable lending domain services
• Participate in code reviews and production troubleshooting
• Work with Postgres/MySQL-backed APIs consumed by LOS and LMS modules

Requirements

• Hands-on backend experience (Java or similar stacks)
• Strong SQL fundamentals and REST API conventions
• Clear written communication across distributed teams
