Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of relevant experience and strong expertise in modern full-stack and cloud-native application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Node.js, Python, React, TypeScript, FastAPI, Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Locust, and LangChain. The developer should have strong capabilities across both frontend and backend development and be able to independently own features end-to-end, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing support, defect resolution, deployment support, and closure. The role requires strong knowledge of application architecture, cloud-native development, DevOps collaboration, performance testing, and enterprise application delivery. Experience in the Life Sciences domain will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

• Develop frontend applications using React and TypeScript.

• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, and FastAPI.

• Take end-to-end ownership of application features from requirement analysis through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Design and implement robust application architecture aligned with cloud-native development principles.

• Develop clean, stable, maintainable, and low-defect code while minimizing rework and technical debt.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js, Python, and FastAPI.

• Develop responsive and scalable frontend components using React and TypeScript.

• Deploy and support applications on Microsoft Azure Cloud.

• Develop, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD, deployment, environment management, and operational readiness.

• Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.

• Support performance and load testing activities using Locust.

• Analyze application performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scalability improvements.

• Work with LangChain to support AI-enabled and intelligent application capabilities where required.

• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and deployment teams to ensure seamless feature delivery.

• Support application releases, production deployments, post-release validation, and issue resolution.

• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve application and technical issues within defined timelines.

• Maintain technical documentation, architecture documentation, API documentation, and development-related artifacts.

• Follow coding standards, secure development practices, and application development best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to improve code quality.

• Support application maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain project-specific technical and domain knowledge to ensure delivery continuity and minimize knowledge-transition risks.

• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables while meeting business and project objectives.

Required Skills Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in full-stack application development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Node.js-based application development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python.

• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.

• Strong experience with FastAPI for backend/API development.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized application deployment.

• Experience with Locust or similar tools for load and performance testing.

• Hands-on experience with LangChain and AI/LLM-based application development.

• Strong understanding of frontend and backend application architecture.

• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and microservices.

• Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.

• Experience in end-to-end feature ownership, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Experience troubleshooting application issues and performing root-cause analysis.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application delivery processes.

• Experience collaborating with QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and deployment teams.

• Strong coding, debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Ability to develop clean, scalable, maintainable, and low-defect code.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to independently deliver complex features and enhancements within project timelines.
