Full Stack Developer

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced React Node.js Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based web applications, portals, and APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across both frontend and backend technologies, a solid understanding of software development best practices, and the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This role offers an opportunity to work on enterprise-grade applications while contributing throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based web applications, portals, and APIs.
• Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Design and implement database solutions using relational database technologies.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable and reusable application components following industry best practices.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party systems.
• Establish, refine, and maintain development, testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and onshore teams for application deployments and environment management.
• Support software upgrades, maintenance activities, and production releases.
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Work within Agile delivery teams and actively contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support production applications during overlapping business hours when required.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative business solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 12 years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js development.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Experience building cloud-based web applications, portals, and enterprise APIs.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
• Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js and server-side application architecture.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of application deployment, release management, and environment support processes.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support and maintain production applications.
• Experience working with version control systems such as Git.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of Databricks is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
