Full Stack Developer

The core requirements for the job include the following:

Ideal Backend/Frontend ratio:

• 80% Backend / 20% Frontend is preferred.
• 60% Backend / 40% Frontend is also acceptable.
• A 50:50 Full Stack profile can also be considered.
• Candidates should have strong hands-on Backend experience along with reasonable Frontend exposure.

Backend:

• Strong preference for Java + Spring Boot.
• Candidates with experience in other Object-Oriented Programming languages
• can also be considered if they can transition to Java/Spring Boot.
• Python is good to have.

Frontend:

• React.js is preferred.
• Angular experience can be considered if the candidate has strong overall Full Stack capabilities and can transition to React.

AI-Native / Builder Mindset:

• Strong preference for candidates who are AI-native and actively use AI in their
• day-to-day engineering work.

Candidates should be comfortable using:

• LLM tools
• AI-powered developer tools
• AI workflows and automation
