About this role
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a 10+ year of skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js, Express js , Angular to join our product engineering team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and scaling products, a solid understanding of the product lifecycle, and the ability to communicate and articulate ideas effectively across team
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js
- Contribute to end-to-end product development lifecyclefrom requirement gathering
to deployment and post-release support
- Build reusable UI components and efficient backend APIs
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
- Work on deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization of applications
- Maintain code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing
- Provide support for existing PHP-based modules and assist in gradual modernization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js ,Express Angular
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Working knowledge of PHP (for maintaining or integrating legacy systems)
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment pipelines
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker is a plus
Product & Process Understanding
- Experience working in product-based environments
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle (requirement analysis, development, testing,
deployment, iteration)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced product setup
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and articulation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
- Good collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
