Full Stack Developer-Website to own the architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing performance of the KEUS and Ardeo websites. This role is responsible for building scalable, high-performance digital experiences that reflect the premium positioning of our luxury brands. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the UX Designer and Website Key Account Manager to transform world-class designs into production-ready digital experiences while ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability. The role demands expertise across front-end, back-end, CMS, DevOps, APIs, and AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end architecture of KEUS and Ardeo websites, including hosting, environments, version control, build pipelines, and deployment workflows.
• Integrate UX Designer-developed front-end interfaces with backend services, CMS platforms, APIs, server-side rendering, and dynamic content.
• Build and maintain integrations with CRM systems, analytics platforms, marketing tools, lead capture mechanisms, and conversion tracking.
• Optimize website performance through Core Web Vitals improvements, caching strategies, image optimization, rendering techniques, and page speed enhancements.
• Ensure website security and reliability through SSL management, backups, uptime monitoring, bug resolution, and data protection.
• Build and maintain scalable CMS structures that allow non-technical teams to manage content independently.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, v0, or equivalent while maintaining clean, scalable, and reviewed code.
• Establish engineering standards covering repository structure, code reviews, documentation, environment management, and deployment practices.
• Support multi-city marketing campaigns by rapidly deploying localized landing pages, RSVP systems, and A/B testing variants.
• Collaborate closely with the Website Key Account Manager for project planning and with UX Designers for seamless front-end implementation.

Key measures of success: · High-performing websites with excellent Core Web Vitals and fast page load speeds. · Stable, secure websites with minimal downtime and reliable deployment processes. · Successful integration of CMS, CRM, analytics, and marketing automation systems. · Efficient delivery of campaign landing pages within defined timelines. · Clean, maintainable, and scalable codebase following engineering best practices. · Successful implementation of premium user experiences without compromising design quality. · High website uptime, security compliance, and optimal SEO performance.

• Strong full-stack web architecture and system design capabilities.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, authentication, and server-side development.
• Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals expertise.
• DevOps fundamentals including CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
• Problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset with attention to scalability and maintainability.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools in production workflows.
• Excellent documentation and engineering standards.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development with production-grade applications.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Astro, or similar frameworks.
• Solid backend development experience using Node.js or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication, and server-side rendering.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL database design and management.
• Hands-on experience with Headless CMS or traditional CMS platforms such as WordPress Headless, Sanity, Strapi, or Contentful.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Vercel, Netlify, AWS, environment management, SSL, and deployment workflows.
• Working knowledge of SEO, accessibility standards, web security, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted coding tools in professional development environments.

• GitHub profile, live projects, or personal applications demonstrating complete ownership from architecture to deployment.
