About the Role
We are looking for a Software Developer who loves technology and problem-solving and wants to build real-world applications that automate and scale businesses. This role offers hands-on exposure to building web platforms, mobile applications, ERP systems, and event & exhibition management tools used across our companies.
You will be working directly with business teams to convert operational challenges into smart, scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Develop and maintain web-based and mobile applications for business automation.
- Work on event & exhibition management systems, ERP applications, and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Build and optimize company websites, portals, dashboards, and admin panels.
Backend & Database Management
- Design, manage, and optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable backend logic.
- Ensure data security, performance, and system stability.
Frontend & UI Integration
- Work with UI/UX designs to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services (payment gateways, CRM, analytics tools, etc.).
Technology & Innovation
- Explore and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and tools as per project requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming and suggesting automation ideas for business processes.
- Debug, test, and continuously improve applications.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with internal teams (events, marketing, accounts, operations).
- Maintain technical documentation and version control.

- Tools: Git, APIs, REST, Cloud basics (AWS/GCP is a plus)
