Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and MERN Stack technologies.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services as required.
• Build, modify, and maintain business-tier components, web applications, and database objects.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in application design and development activities.
• Create prototypes to validate solution approaches and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Transform high-level designs into low-level designs and implement robust solutions.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI/CD) best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with Team Leads to clarify requirements, estimate efforts, and plan project deliverables.
• Act as an Independent Contributor and provide support for technical reviews, impact assessments, and enhancement initiatives.
• Translate client business requirements into effective IT solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, MERN Stack, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with MongoDB or similar backend databases.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Git, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment.
• Good understanding of software design principles, application architecture, and scalability considerations.
• Knowledge of Scrum Framework and ITIL processes is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
