Full Stack Developer (React, React Native, Node.js)

Vantura is looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and ship features end to end across our multi-tenant SaaS platform: web (React), mobile (React Native) and backend services (Node.js/TypeScript) running on AWS. You will work closely with product, design and DevOps to deliver reliable, secure and fast releases.

We expect our engineers to use AI tools well. You should be comfortable working with AI coding assistants day-to-day for writing and reviewing code, generating tests, debugging, refactoring and documentation, while knowing when to verify the output and when not to rely on it at all.

This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, with a 5-day working week.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain responsive web applications in React and TypeScript, with clean state management, reusable components and strong attention to performance and accessibility
• Build and ship cross-platform mobile apps in React Native, including navigation, offline handling, push notifications and app store releases
• Develop and maintain backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs in Node.js and TypeScript (Express/NestJS), with sound data modelling on PostgreSQL/MongoDB
• Design multi-tenant features with proper authentication, authorisation (OAuth/JWT, RBAC) and data isolation
• Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright, Detox) and keep CI pipelines green
• Use AI tools effectively in daily work: code generation and review, test creation, debugging, refactoring, API and documentation drafts, with sound judgement on verifying what they produce and keeping code secure and maintainable
• Work with DevOps on CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines / Azure DevOps), containerised deployments on AWS, monitoring and logging
• Own features end to end from technical design to production, including performance tuning, error tracking and fixing production issues
• Follow secure coding practices (OWASP), handle secrets properly and keep dependencies up to date
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning and technical design discussions
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards across the team

Required Skills

• 48 years of professional full stack development experience
• Strong React, React Native, Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and relational/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Hands-on with Git, CI/CD and AWS (EC2/ECS/Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront)
• Demonstrated, practical use of AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) in day-to-day development
• Good understanding of testing, security and performance best practices
• Strong communication and ownership

• Docker and Kubernetes basics
• Experience building or integrating LLM/AI features (prompting, RAG, AI APIs) into products
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaSRole & responsibilities
