Full Stack Developer | React, Node.js & AI-Enabled Product Development

We are looking for a hands-on *Full Stack Developer* who enjoys building real products, solving complex problems, and taking ownership of technology from development to deployment.

## Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will own end-to-end product development across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, third-party integrations, and deployment. You will work closely with the founding team to build, improve, and scale TPPCs web platform.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong engineering fundamentals with a startup mindset, moves quickly without compromising quality, and is comfortable using modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate execution.

## Key Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and optimise responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

- Develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, authentication systems, and database architectures.

- Design and maintain database schemas, queries, and data models using PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

- Build product discovery, baby registry, price comparison, search, and e-commerce integrations.

- Integrate third-party APIs, affiliate networks, payment services, analytics, and other external platforms.

- Own end-to-end feature delivery, including development, testing, debugging, deployment, and production monitoring.

- Optimise application performance, SEO, page speed, security, and mobile responsiveness.

- Implement cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.

- Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve development speed, code quality, testing, and documentation.

- Collaborate directly with the founding team on product decisions, technical architecture, and feature prioritisation.

- Take ownership of technical challenges and recommend pragmatic, scalable solutions suitable for an early-stage startup.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–6 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.

- Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

- Experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, backend architecture, authentication, and API integrations.

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or another relational database.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or equivalent deployment environments.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, debugging, and production monitoring.

- Understanding of responsive design, web performance, security, and SEO fundamentals.

- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and deliver features with minimal supervision.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

## Good to Have

- Experience building e-commerce, marketplace, SaaS, or consumer-facing technology products.

- Experience with affiliate integrations, product feeds, price comparison engines, or shopping APIs.

- Exposure to AI integrations, LLM APIs, or AI-powered product features.

- Familiarity with serverless architectures and cloud-based infrastructure.

- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.

- Experience taking an early-stage product from MVP to launch and subsequent iterations.
