Role Summary

We are looking for Full Stack Developers with strong experience in React.js, backend development, and AWS cloud services to build and maintain scalable web applications.

We have two different technical requirements under this hiring:

• Position 1: Full Stack Developer React.js + Node.js + AWS
• Position 2: Full Stack Developer – React.js + Python + AWS + AI

Candidates should have experience in either of the two backend technologies and meet the respective AI requirements mentioned below.

Position 1: React.js + Node.js + AWS

Required Skills:

• Strong backend development experience in Node.js (Express.js or similar frameworks).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Practical awareness of AI-assisted application development.

AI Tools & Development Usage:

Candidates should have used AI tools as a developer productivity aid for:

• Code generation and refactoring.
• Debugging assistance.
• Writing unit tests.
• Documentation support.
• Query / API optimization.
• AI-assisted feature development and implementation.

Note: AI tools are expected to support development productivity. This is not an AI research or AI engineering role. Practical AI development awareness is expected, but hands-on LLM or RAG application development is not mandatory.

Good to Have:

• Basic exposure to LLMs / RAG / LangChain / LangGraph.
• React Native (mobile application development exposure).

Position 2: React.js + Python + AWS + AI

Required Skills:

• Strong backend development experience in Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask).
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Hands-on AI application development experience (Mandatory).
• Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.

Mandatory AI Development Experience:

Candidates must have practical experience in one or more of the following:

• Building AI-powered applications.
• Working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Prompt Engineering.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• AI agent development using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Integrating AI models through APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.
• Developing AI-enabled workflows and intelligent business applications.

Note: Experience using AI coding assistants such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Gemini alone does not meet this requirement. Candidates must have actual AI application development experience.

Good to Have:

• Experience with vector databases and AI model integrations.
• Kubernetes.

2. Common Responsibilities (Both Positions)

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive frontend applications using React.js.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs using the respective backend technology.
• Integrate frontend and backend components.
• Work with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server).
• Work with AWS cloud services for application deployment, hosting, and support.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

3. Common Required Skills (Both Positions)

• 3 to 5 years of Full Stack development experience.
• Strong experience in React.js.
• REST API development experience.
• Strong SQL database experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Git and Agile development workflow.
• Good understanding of software design principles and best practices.

4. Common Good-to-Have Skills

• Docker.
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Microservices architecture.

5. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in learning new technologies, especially AI, cloud technologies, and modern software development.
