Role & responsibilities

Hi All,

• Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring, and modern web technologies such as React.
• Mandatory Skills Description:• 8-12 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React
  • Java (Core), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data/JPA)
  • RESTful API design and development
  • Hibernate or other ORM frameworks
  • React.js (including hooks, functional components, state management)
  • JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
  - Experience building Micro frontends
  - Building a React-based application from scratch
  - Leading UI development
  • Integration of frontend (React) with backend (Java/Spring)
  • Version control (Git)
  • SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle)
  • Debugging and troubleshooting across the stack
   • Experience working in Copilot is a must
• Nice-to-Have Skills Description:• Microservices architecture
  • Docker, Kubernetes
  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible)
  • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Testing frameworks (JUnit for Java, Jest/React Testing Library for React)
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
