Full Stack Developer (Python + React)

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python backend development and React frontend engineering. The candidate will own the development and maintenance of a Python-based backend using FastAPI and a React-based admin panel.

The role involves building and enhancing incident management workflows, reports, and compliance-related features. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with asynchronous APIs, database optimization, multi-tenant architectures, and end-to-end debugging across the frontend, backend, and database layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Build efficient asynchronous APIs using FastAPI async capabilities and SQLAlchemy async.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, including queries, indexes, schema changes, and migrations.
• Develop and maintain responsive admin panels using React 18/19 and TypeScript with strict type checking.
• Implement and enhance incident management workflows, reporting modules, and compliance-related functionality.
• Design and maintain secure, scalable multi-tenant application architectures with appropriate tenant-level data isolation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the complete application stack, from React UI interactions to API processing and database operations.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code following established engineering practices.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in API endpoints, database queries, and frontend components.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and other engineering team members to deliver features within agreed timelines.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, testing, and continuous improvement of application reliability.
• Ensure data integrity, application security, and reliability across workflows and reporting features.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Python: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• FastAPI: Strong experience building REST APIs, asynchronous endpoints, and backend services.
• SQLAlchemy: Practical experience with SQLAlchemy async and asynchronous database operations.
• PostgreSQL: Strong understanding of complex queries, joins, indexing, query optimization, schema design, and database migrations.
• React: Hands-on experience with React 18 or React 19 and modern React development practices.
• TypeScript: Strong proficiency in TypeScript with strict type checking enabled.
• Multi-Tenant Architecture: Experience developing or maintaining multi-tenant applications with proper tenant-level data isolation.
• End-to-End Debugging: Ability to trace and resolve issues across React components, API requests, backend business logic, and database queries.
