Full Stack Developer (Python + React)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have experience building modern web applications, developing REST APIs, and working in Agile environments.

Exposure to AI/GenAI solutions will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.js.
• Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop reusable frontend components and responsive user interfaces.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.
• Contribute to application architecture, design decisions, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in API development using Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, or Agentic AI.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or AI Foundry.
• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
