As a Senior Consultant, you will design and build enterprise-scale solutions across both backend and frontend, with a focus on API development and seamless integration. You’ll use modern AI tools to boost productivity, work with technologies like Docker for deployment, and help guide projects from planning to delivery. This role offers a chance to work on innovative projects blending predictive analytics and cutting-edge technology, while mentoring junior engineers and partnering with global teams.

Work you'll do As a Software Engineer III on the Innovation and Technology team, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across backend and frontend components
• Building and supporting secure application programming interfaces and services using Java, Node.js, and Python
• Translating design concepts into functional user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript and integrating them with backend services
• Applying engineering practices across testing, code quality, containerization, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to support reliable delivery
• Collaborating with product, DevOps, and engineering teams to deliver features, improve productivity through AI-assisted development tools, and mentor junior team members

The team Innovation and Technology anticipates how technology will shape the future and begins building future capabilities and practices today. I&T drives the Ideation, Incubation and scale of hybrid businesses and tech enabled offerings at prioritized offering portfolio and industry interactions. It drives cultural and capability transformation from solely services – based businesses to hybrid businesses. While others bet on the future, I&T builds it with you. I&T partners with the network such as ZORA AI, AI&E, Converge, AIOPs.D, IOps, to build hybrid businesses, enterprise platforms and incubate emerging practices to future proof business and help clients get there, first. Location: Hyderabad/ Bengaluru/ Chennai/Pune

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications Required:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in full stack engineering roles
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or another technical field
• Experience building production application programming interfaces using Java and Spring Boot or similar frameworks
• Experience developing frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, and component libraries
• Experience using Node.js or Python and working with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases and caching technologies such as Redis
• Experience using Docker, Git, automated testing frameworks, and continuous integration and continuous deployment tooling
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor AI Preferred:
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with agentic or artificial intelligence-driven architectures or workflow orchestration
• Experience with artifact management tools such as JFrog
• Experience with secure code and container practices
• Experience with secrets managers such as Doppler
