Full Stack Developer (.NET / React)

The Role

You'll work directly with the co-founder to build and ship client projects and our own software products from start to finish. Expect real ownership: you'll write the backend APIs, build the front end, set up deployments, and talk with US clients about requirements. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes building complete things, not just tickets.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain full stack web applications using .NET Core / C# on the backend and React on the front end
• Design and develop REST APIs and integrate with third-party APIs and services
• Build data-driven dashboards and internal tools
• Work with databases (SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL): design schemas, write queries and optimize performance
• Use AI coding tools such as Claude, Copilot or Cursor to speed up development, and review AI-generated code carefully
• Join client calls to understand requirements, give updates and demo work
• Write clean, documented code and take part in code reviews

What We Are Looking For

• 2-4 years of hands-on full stack development experience
• Strong skills in C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• Solid front-end skills in React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Good working knowledge of SQL databases
• Experience with Git, plus basic Docker and Linux server skills
• Comfort using AI tools as part of your daily development workflow
• Good English communication skills for talking directly with US clients
• Ability to work independently, manage your own tasks and deliver on deadlines
• A problem-solver who cares about the end user, not just the code

Good to Have

• ecommerce platform experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, nopcommerce)
• Experience with cloud or VPS hosting (AWS, Azure, IONOS, DigitalOcean)
• Mobile app development (React Native or Flutter)
• Experience with dashboards and charting libraries
• Experience integrating AI or LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into applications
• Prior work for US or international clients, or startup experience
