Full Stack Developer (.NET + React)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead / Full Stack Developer to own and drive the production support function for a business-critical enterprise platform. This is a hands-on role that combines production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate resolution of P1/P2 production incidents.
• Investigate application issues using Azure Application Insights, logs, telemetry, and monitoring tools.
• Analyze business impact, technical risks, and define remediation plans.
• Work closely with Development, QA, Release Management, and Support teams during incident investigations and deployments.
• Communicate incident status, risks, and recovery plans to business stakeholders.
• Participate in stakeholder and client discussions for critical production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain support runbooks, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
• Implement full-stack enhancements to improve platform stability, supportability, and observability.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the support team.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Development and Production Support.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience handling enterprise application production support and critical incidents.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using logs, telemetry, Application Insights, and monitoring tools.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure production environments.
