About this role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a Talent Management Portal using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Build employee dashboards, scoring engines, and analytics features.
- Develop ETL/data integration pipelines from Workday, LMS, databases, and Excel sources.
- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and secure handling of HR data.
- Develop APIs, reports, charts, and performance insights dashboards.
- Write clean, tested, and maintainable code following Git-based development practices.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js ).
- Experience in REST API development, RBAC, authentication, and authorization.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL/data integration pipelines.
- Experience with dashboard development using Chart.js/D3.js/Highcharts.
- Familiarity with Git, code reviews, unit testing, and secure application development.
