About this role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 4-6 years of experience and strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React 18, and PostgreSQL. The candidate will work in an Agile environment to design, develop, test, deploy, and support high-quality, scalable software solutions. The role requires strong experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, API development, test automation, performance management, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business and technical requirements and apply appropriate software development methodologies to analyze, design, build, configure, test, and deploy complex solutions.
- Develop scalable backend applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build modern, responsive frontend applications using React 18, MUI Grid, and Microfrontend architecture.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and enterprise application services.
- Work with PostgreSQL for database development, queries, optimization, and data management.
- Work as part of a full-stack Agile team and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Implement engineering best practices, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automated testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Develop and maintain GitHub Actions workflows and support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Perform test automation, performance monitoring, and optimization to ensure application reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure solutions adhere to established architecture and engineering principles.
- Maintain accurate and relevant technical and system documentation.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve application defects and performance problems.
- Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
- Leverage modern development approaches, including AI-assisted/vibe coding, where appropriate.
Required Skills:
- 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with React 18.
- Experience with MUI Grid and Microfrontend architecture.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and application integration.
- Good experience with PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
- Experience with test automation and software quality practices.
- Understanding of application performance management and optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with New Relic or similar application performance monitoring tools.
- Knowledge or experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience with AI-assisted development / vibe coding.
