Mandatory Skills

• 35 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.
• Strong hands-on frontend development experience using jQuery – Mandatory.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate and Spring Security.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack/Gulp is preferred.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine or QUnit is preferred.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development/coding tools, such as:
• GitHub Copilot
• Cursor
• Claude
• Gemini
• Windsurf
• Similar AI coding assistants

Important Screening Criteria

Candidates should be shortlisted only if all three core requirements are clearly demonstrated:

1. Java 17+ / Spring Boot – Strong hands-on experience
2. jQuery – Hands-on frontend development experience is mandatory
3. AI-assisted development tools – Actual hands-on usage is mandatory

Candidates with only Java backend experience, without jQuery, or candidates who have merely heard of/experimented briefly with AI tools should not be considered.
