Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Developer based in Indore. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power Kensara.ai’s compliance platform, working across both front-end interfaces and back-end services. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, implementing responsive UIs, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and collaborating with product, AI, and privacy teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. The role involves troubleshooting and debugging issues, participating in code reviews, contributing to architecture discussions, and ensuring security and data protection best practices are embedded in the product. The developer will also help improve development workflows, documentation, and testing processes to support rapid, reliable releases.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building production-grade web applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development, working with server-side frameworks, APIs, databases, and integration with third-party services.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, data protection principles, and familiarity with compliance-focused or B2B SaaS products is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, communicate clearly, and take ownership of features from design to deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure) is beneficial.
