Role Description We are seeking a versatile and analytical Full Stack Developer / Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions by combining software development expertise and business analysis capabilities. This role is responsible for gathering business requirements, designing technical solutions, developing scalable applications, and supporting the successful delivery of digital initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, analyze processes, define functional requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions. You will develop and maintain both frontend and backend applications, integrate APIs, manage databases, and ensure system performance, reliability, and security. Key responsibilities include conducting business analysis, preparing functional and technical documentation, developing and testing software applications, supporting system integration, identifying process improvement opportunities, performing data analysis, and participating in software deployment and maintenance. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals while maintaining high standards of quality and user experience. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and business analysis principles.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Experience with backend development, RESTful APIs, databases, and system integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project management practices.
- Proficiency in version control systems, development tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage. -
