Full Stack Developer & Automation Engineer (AI & IT Admin)

Role & responsibilities

ADSR & POS System Integration

• Coordinate directly with partner brands or their POS providers for all the stores to get the Credentials for ADSR connection .

• Acquire, configure, and integrate APIs from various external stakeholders. Connect APIs to the sales patch utilizing n8n or Other LangChain Automation Systems (Make, Zapier or Other)

Dashboard Management & Full-Stack Development

• Lead development and maintenance of the company dashboard using the Next.js framework (frontend and backend) with a PostgreSQL database. Manage hosting and deployments on AWS within a Dokploy Based Development.

• Oversee the entire CI/CD pipeline across Development, Staging, and Production environments.

• Develop new features, resolve bugs, maintain system architecture, and create/execute robust testing rules prior to pushing updates to production.

Data Pipeline & Automation Management (n8n)

• Manage the ADSR POS system backend utilizing complex n8n-based configurations.

• Monitor flows, conduct error checking, and resolve issues to ensure consistent and accurate daily sales data extraction.

Process Automation Systems

• Develop and oversee multiple internal business automation systems..

IT & Workspace Administration

• Act as the primary IT Administrator for the company.

• Manage administrative configurations, user provisioning, data backups and organizational settings across major platforms, primarily Google Workspace and Microsoft ecosystems.

• Oversee IT asset management for the organization, including creating tracking systems for asset deployment and managing asset configuration for employees.

AI Strategy & Implementation (AI Generalist)

• Lead initiatives for AI implementation across the organization.

• Coordinate with external stakeholders and vendors to assess and integrate new AI software.

• Analyze new tools to ensure organizational fit and develop in-house working models.

• Author comprehensive user guides and learning materials for internal teams to adopt AI technologies.
