Full-Stack Developer (Asia or Eastern Europe)

***** Offshore Role – Preference for Candidates Based in India, Asia & Eastern Europe***** We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to help build and scale Omveo’s intelligent candidate screening, matching, and recruitment CRM platform. This role is ideal for a backend-capable full-stack developer who can take ownership of features end to end, from database design and API implementation through to frontend delivery, testing, and production debugging. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, API development, and modern tooling. You should be comfortable working in a strict TypeScript codebase, building reliable features, writing practical automated tests, and contributing to a clean, maintainable SaaS product.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the frontend, backend, and shared packages.
• Develop APIs using TypeScript, Hono or similar frameworks, Zod validation, and Drizzle ORM.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis queues, and object storage for application data and file handling.
• Implement frontend features using React, Vite, TanStack Query/Router, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
• Write and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Use Playwright to validate key user journeys and improve confidence across critical product flows.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and debugging using Docker, Sentry, and CI/CD workflows.
• Maintain high code quality in a strict TypeScript environment with strong linting and formatting standards.
• Contribute to product improvements with a pragmatic, startup-minded approach.

Required Skills

• Strong TypeScript experience across frontend and backend.
• Solid React experience, ideally with Vite, TanStack Query, and Tailwind CSS.
• Backend API development experience using Node/Bun or similar JavaScript runtimes.
• Good PostgreSQL and ORM experience, ideally with Drizzle.
• Experience with validation libraries such as Zod.
• Familiarity with Docker-based development environments.
• Experience writing automated tests, including unit tests and integration tests.
• Practical experience with Playwright or similar end-to-end testing tools.
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of features.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience implementing AI chatbots, conversational AI, or LLM-powered product features.
• Previous experience working in a SaaS startup environment.
• Experience with Bun, Hono, Turborepo, BullMQ, MinIO, shadcn/ui, Sentry, Caddy, Biome, Vitest, or Playwright.
• Experience working in monorepos.
• Basic DevOps or deployment experience.
• Good eye for UI/UX, responsive design, and accessibility.

Ideal Profile A pragmatic, product-minded full-stack developer with strong TypeScript skills, backend confidence, and the ability to deliver polished, tested features end to end. Experience building AI chatbot features, recruitment technology, or working in a SaaS startup would be highly advantageous.
