Full Stack Developer (AI-Enabled) Fintech

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 1-3 years of experience to build scalable, secure web applications and integrate AI-powered features into our fintech products. Prior experience in fintech or financial products is a strong plus.

Role & responsibilities:

- Design, develop and maintain end-to-end web applications (frontend, backend, APIs)

- Build and integrate AI/LLM features such as chatbots, document processing, recommendations and automation

- Develop secure, high-performance APIs and microservices

- Work with databases, payment gateways and third-party integrations

- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews

- Collaborate with product, design and QA teams to ship features on time

- Follow security and compliance best practices for financial data

Preferred candidate profile:

- 3-4 years of hands-on full stack development experience

- Frontend: React / Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS

- Backend: Node.js / Python (FastAPI, Django) / Java

- Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

- REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud basics (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.); prompt design or RAG is a plus

- Education: B.Tech / BE / MCA / M.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent

Good to have:

- Fintech experience (payments, lending, KYC, trading, banking, UPI)

- Knowledge of data security, encryption and compliance

- Experience with CI/CD and microservices
