Role Overview We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with strong backend depth and system thinking to help build and scale a next-generation sports technology platform. This role goes beyond traditional full-stack engineering. We are looking for someone who can think across the entire system—data, APIs, product interfaces, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven analytics layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs powering the platform.
• Develop production-grade applications using Node.js and modern backend frameworks.
• Build Python services for analytics pipelines, automation, and AI-powered workflows.
• Develop and maintain responsive frontend applications and user experiences.
• Design scalable architectures leveraging AWS cloud services.
• Improve system reliability, performance, monitoring, and observability.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to transform sports performance data into meaningful user experiences.
• Build internal tools, dashboards, and analytics systems to support product innovation.
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the long-term technical vision of the platform.
• Work closely with AI and data teams to integrate intelligent insights into user-facing products.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in full-stack development with a backend-first mindset.
• Excellent Node.js development experience.
• Python development experience for analytics, automation, or data pipelines.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying applications on AWS.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
• Experience working with production systems serving real users.
