Full - Stack Architect

We are looking for someone who is not only a strong developer but also an engineering leader who can make sound architectural decisions, solve complex scalability challenges, and mentor a team. The ideal candidate should have experience working on large-scale B2C products where performance, scalability, availability, and customer experience are critical.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 software engineers, providing technical direction and guidance.
• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and resilient applications using Node.js and React.
• Architect and implement microservices-based systems for large-scale B2C products.
• Design and work with multi-tenant architectures and distributed systems.
• Develop highly available, fault-tolerant, and performance-oriented backend services.
• Work with technologies such as Kafka, Redis, message queues, caching, and other distributed-system components.
• Drive technical architecture and participate in important engineering design decisions.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, architecture, security, and engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers and help build a strong engineering culture.
• Take ownership of complex technical problems from design through implementation and production.
• Contribute to building and scaling consumer-facing e-commerce products with high traffic and large user volumes.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js / NodeJS.
• Strong experience with React / ReactJS.
• Excellent understanding of microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with distributed systems.
• Experience designing or working with multi-tenant architecture.
• Good hands-on experience with Kafka, Redis, message queues, caching, or similar technologies.
• Experience building highly scalable, high-traffic, B2C applications/products.
• Proven experience leading a team of 4-5 engineers.
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, scalability, availability, and performance.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in e-commerce/retail/marketplace products.
• Experience working on large-scale consumer-facing platforms.
• Experience handling high transaction volumes and traffic spikes.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience working in product-led technology organizations.
