Key Responsibilities

Architecture & System Design: Lead end-to-end architectural design and technical decision-making for scalable, high-performance, and secure full-stack applications.

Front-end & Back-end Leadership: Establish engineering best practices, design patterns, and standards across UI and API layers.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Perform deep runtime debugging, performance profiling, root-cause analysis, and low-latency system optimization.

AI-Assisted & Agentic Workflows: Design and deploy advanced AI-assisted engineering workflows, planner-worker orchestrations, and automated validation loops.

Cloud & DevOps Integration: Drive enterprise cloud infrastructure strategy, CI/CD pipeline automation, observability, and environment configuration on Azure.

Mentorship & Collaboration: Partner with product management, lead engineering teams, conduct architectural reviews, and foster technical growth across teams.
