About this role
We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Application Engineer to join a healthcare technology team building impactful digital solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience across Frontend + Backend + Data layer.
- Expertise in React / React Native / Flutter or similar technologies.
- Strong experience with APIs, databases and application integration.
- Experience building and shipping production-ready applications.
- Exposure to offline-first / intermittent-connectivity applications.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.
- Strong debugging, testing and code-quality practices.
- Experience working in a technical leadership/mentoring capacity is a plus.
- Healthcare, fintech, agri-tech or low-connectivity product experience is an added advantage.
