Responsibilities

• Build and maintain HiWoxs mobile application and backend ecosystem.
• Develop user-facing features for wellness assessments, profiles, personalized plans, progress tracking, consultations, subscriptions, and engagement.
• Build dashboards and interfaces for users, healthcare/wellness consultants, administrators, and business partners.
• Develop secure APIs, backend services, databases, authentication, notifications, and integrations.
• Implement HiWoxs 9-domain wellness assessment and Digital Health Index (DHI) into the application.
• Work closely with healthcare and wellness experts to convert their frameworks into practical digital workflows.
• Integrate data science, AI/ML models, wearables, healthcare devices, and third-party APIs as the product evolves.
• Build systems for collecting and presenting wellness, lifestyle, assessment, and progress data.
• Ensure the application is scalable, secure, responsive, and reliable.
• Handle debugging, testing, deployment, monitoring, version control, and ongoing product improvements.
• Work closely with the founder, product designer, data scientist, and healthcare experts to translate product requirements into working features.
• Contribute to product architecture and technical decisions rather than simply executing predefined tasks.

Immediate Priorities - First 90 Days

• Understand HiWoxs product architecture and technology roadmap.
• Build and improve the core HiWox application.
• Implement the 9-domain wellness assessment framework.
• Develop the initial Digital Health Index workflow.
• Build user, consultant, and admin modules.
• Establish scalable backend, database, authentication, and API architecture.
• Integrate relevant AI, data, and healthcare technologies.
• Establish proper development, testing, deployment, and documentation practices.
• Prepare the technical foundation for future wearable/device integrations and personalized wellness recommendations.
