About Kefilo Kefilo is building a next-generation nutrition and wellness ecosystem focused on

functional nutrition, preventive healthcare, food innovation, and nutrition intelligence . We are not building just another healthy food brand or cloud kitchen. Our vision is to create a technology-enabled ecosystem that combines

nutrition science, AI, food technology, personalized wellness, and intelligent operations to help people achieve sustainable health transformations. Our Android application will become the central platform for personalized nutrition, meal subscriptions, transformation programs, health tracking, community engagement, AI-powered recommendations, and future smart nutrition services. As a founding team member, you will help build and scale the technology that powers this ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Android applications along with backend services that power the Kefilo ecosystem.
• Build end-to-end features including user onboarding, meal subscriptions, nutrition plans, transformation journeys, health tracking, payments, notifications, customer dashboards, referrals, and community engagement.
• Develop secure REST APIs, authentication systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, nutritionists, food scientists, branding, and product teams to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, offline functionality, testing, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate AI-powered recommendation systems, analytics, wearable device integrations, and future nutrition intelligence features.
• Participate in architecture design, technical documentation, code reviews, and long-term product planning.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance product performance and customer experience. Who Should Apply?
• Strong experience in Android application development using Kotlin and/or Java.
• Experience in backend development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, Firebase, Supabase, or similar.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, cloud services, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), and scalable application architecture.
• Experience with Git, Firebase, push notifications, payment gateway integrations, and CI/CD workflows.
• Knowledge of AI integrations, wearable APIs, and health-related applications is an added advantage.
• Passion for building consumer technology products in an early-stage startup.

equity-only founding team role . There is

no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase . Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization. Equity allocation will follow the company's founder onboarding process, including:

• 3–4 strategic discussions with the founder.
• A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase.
• Co-founder/founding team agreement.
• Equity allocation based on ownership and contribution.
• A 5-year vesting structure for all core founding members.
