Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role:

We are hiring a Full Stack AI Engineer (Agentic AI) to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI architectures, RAG pipelines, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI engineering, full-stack development, and modern cloud platforms, with hands-on experience building production-ready AI applications.

Experience:

• 5 - 7 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.

• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI systems from blank-slate LLM architecture or using frameworks such as Langgraph, Agno, CrewAI, and Google ADK.

• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines with evaluations, tool development, session management, efficient prompt and context engineering, caching, and compression.

• Hands-on experience building evaluation pipelines for AI agents using both static and adaptive rubrics aligned to use-case goals.

• Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent backend frameworks.

• Experience working in Agile and POD-based delivery models.
