Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience developing modern web applications using Next.js and React.
• Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, database design, query optimization and ORM frameworks.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar into production applications.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for AI agents, workflows, chatbot orchestration, and multi-step reasoning.
• Experience implementing RAG, prompt engineering, guardrails, memory, and tool/function calling.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases and vector search technologies.
• Experience implementing WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time AI chat and streaming responses.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, GCP, or Vercel.
• Knowledge of authentication (JWT/OAuth), API security, data privacy, RBAC, and scalable system architecture.
• Finance Domain Knowledge: Understanding of financial processes such as payroll, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, expense management, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial data analysis.
• Experience building AI-powered applications or automation solutions for finance-related workflows is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills with experience delivering production-ready AI applications.

Others: Fluent English (Mandatory), Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders, Experience in finance, financial data, or regulated business processes preferred.

This role is for an AI engineer who can take ownership of AI systems end-to-end from architecture and experimentation to production-ready deployment. You will play a key role in shaping AI strategy and scaling intelligent solutions.

The role will involve developing AI-powered applications and automation solutions for finance-related business processes, requiring an understanding of financial data, workflows, reporting, and controls.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI-powered web applications using Next.js, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
• Build and integrate LLM-based chatbots and AI features using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Design and develop REST APIs and AI workflows for scalable applications.
• Implement RAG, prompt engineering, and real-time AI responses using WebSockets.
• Develop AI-powered solutions for finance-related business processes, including financial data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, document processing, and workflow automation.
• Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into scalable AI applications.
• Ensure AI solutions handling financial data maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, security, auditability, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and code quality.
• Deploy,monitor, and maintain applications in cloud environments.
