Full Stack AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and driven Full Stack AI Engineer with 2+ years of professional experience to design, build, and deploy intelligent web applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between robust full-stack software engineering and cutting-edge generative AI. You will build user-facing applications, develop scalable backend services, and integrate advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Build responsive, high-performance web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.
• AI Integration and Orchestration: Implement generative AI capabilities, deploy Large Language Models (LLMs), and architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ground model responses.
• Agentic Workflows: Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of planning, tool-use, and multi-step reasoning to automate complex tasks.
• API & Data Management: Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs while managing both structured and unstructured data systems.
• Cloud Deployment: Deploy, monitor, and optimise application and AI workloads across cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working with emerging AI technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an agile environment.

Technical Skills:

• Front-End: Proficiency in React.js or Next.js .
• Back-End: Strong experience in at least one backend ecosystem: Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Databases: Experience with both SQL (e. g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e. g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases. Experience with Vector Databases (e. g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) is highly preferred.
• Generative AI: Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models), framework libraries (e. g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), and fine-tuning or optimising RAG pipelines.
• AI Agents: Understanding or practical experience building AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Nice-to-Have

• Healthcare Domain Experience: Prior experience building software within the healthcare or health-tech industry (including familiarity with HIPAA compliance, FHIR standards, or medical data) is highly advantageous.
