Full Stack AI Developer

• Strong full-stack engineer who can build AI-enabled web applications end to end — from frontend experience through backend APIs, data flows, model integration, deployment and support.
• Comfortable working across:
• Frontend: JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML, CSS
• Backend: Python, FastAPI / Flask, Node.js / Express
• AI integration: OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, LangChain / LlamaIndex, vector search, embeddings, RAG pipelines
• Data: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, object storage, APIs, structured and unstructured data
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure / AWS, Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps

Core Responsibilities

• Build modern web applications with clean, responsive, usable interfaces.
• Develop backend services and APIs in Python and/or Node.js.
• Integrate AI models into real business workflows, not just demos.
• Build features such as:
• Chat interfaces
• Document upload and analysis
• Semantic search
• Retrieval Augmented Generation — RAG
• Workflow automation
• AI agents / tool-calling flows
• Data extraction and summarisation
• Design and implement secure API layers between frontend, backend, AI services and databases.
• Work with vector databases and embedding models to support knowledge search and contextual AI responses.
• Handle file processing for PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, images and structured datasets.
• Create reusable components, services and utilities that other teams can build on.
• Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
