1. Job Purpose
Develop and manage digital applications, AI automation workflows, WhatsApp chatbots and voice AI agents to streamline operations across Friends Steel Group's dealers, sales teams and plants.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Develop full stack applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js and databases.
- Deploy, manage and monitor applications on AWS.
- Build AI workflows using Claude and Gemini for data extraction, reporting and automation.
- Develop WhatsApp chatbots and ElevenLabs voice AI agents for dealer communication and sales follow-ups.
- Automate business processes using n8n and Google Sheets API.
- Manage deployments, Git, CI/CD, system monitoring and bug fixes.
- Document workflows, coordinate with internal teams and provide user training.
3. Technical Skills Required
- Frontend: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, Redux, Tailwind CSS.
- Backend & Databases: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
- Cloud: AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch.
- AI & Chatbots: Claude, Gemini APIs, WhatsApp Business API, prompt design, webhooks.
- Voice AI: ElevenLabs and telephony integration.
- Automation & DevOps: n8n, Google Sheets API, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, Postman.
4. Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering, IT or a related field; MCA also considered.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development and production deployments.
- Experience with AWS deployment, LLM-based automation and WhatsApp/web chatbots.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership and communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Ability to deliver practical solutions, troubleshoot issues and work independently.
5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely application delivery and fewer post-release bugs.
- System uptime above 99.5% and controlled cloud costs.
- Reduction in manual work through AI and workflow automation.
- Chatbot response rates and campaign conversions.
- Reliable workflows and timely issue resolution.
