Who are we looking for

Designation : Full-Funnel Digital Marketing Manager

Experience Range : 6+ years

What skills and experience are we looking for

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience after graduation in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, digital account management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing and how different channels work together to drive business outcomes.
• Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, CRM/marketing automation, HubSpot, GA4, CRO, and website/UX.
• Experience managing or coordinating multiple digital marketing channels simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, funnel metrics, and business KPIs.
• Hands-on or working experience with GA4 and HubSpot.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketers, content specialists, designers, developers, SEO specialists, and paid media teams.
• Strong project and account management skills, including managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Near-fluent/native-level English communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with American clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead client calls, presentations, strategy discussions, and performance reviews confidently.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to understand the bigger picture while managing day-to-day execution.
• Experience working with US-based clients or international businesses.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Experience managing large or complex marketing accounts.
• Experience with B2B lead generation and/or SaaS marketing.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation.
• Understanding of landing page design, UX, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience collaborating with developers on website and technical marketing projects.
• Experience developing and managing integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Experience presenting performance reports, strategic recommendations, and marketing roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive continuous marketing improvement.
