Full Desk US Recruitment Consultant (Client Sales and Recruiting)

Job Summary

Talent Staffing and Recruiting is seeking an experienced US Recruitment Consultant with proven expertise in both client acquisition and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and successful placements.

This role is suited to an agency recruiter who can develop new employer relationships, win recruitment assignments, and deliver measurable hiring results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and approach US employers to generate new recruitment business and secure hiring assignments.
• Conduct client intake calls to understand hiring requirements, recruitment priorities, and commercial terms.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using professional networks, recruitment databases, direct outreach, referrals, and employer/title mapping.
• Source, screen, evaluate, and present qualified candidates to clients.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including submissions, interviews, client feedback, negotiations, offers, notice periods, and candidate joining.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Maintain accurate candidate, client, and recruitment activity records in Manatal ATS.
• Track and report individual performance, including new clients acquired, qualified searches, candidate submissions, interviews, placements, starts, and collected revenue.
• Clearly distinguish individual achievements from team results and targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in US staffing or recruitment agency operations.
• Demonstrated experience in both US client acquisition/business development and candidate recruitment.
• Ability to provide specific examples of personally winning an employer assignment and successfully delivering a placement or candidate start.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Excellent prospecting, client intake, relationship management, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on experience with passive candidate sourcing and recruitment databases.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms; experience with Manatal is an advantage.
• Ability to independently manage a recruitment desk and deliver against business and placement goals.
• Reliable internet connectivity and a suitable remote working setup.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in US healthcare staffing or banking/commercial lending recruitment will be particularly valuable. Candidates with demonstrable success in other US professional staffing domains will also be considered.

Experience in permanent, temporary, travel, locum, or contract staffing is welcome. The current hiring focus is on direct-hire recruitment, and the candidate must be comfortable delivering direct-hire assignments.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Fixed Base Salary: USD 700 - 1000 per month, depending on experience.
• Additional Earnings: Commission linked to client business and successful placements; detailed commission terms will be confirmed at the offer stage.
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week during US Mountain business hours (America/Denver).
• Time Zone: The corresponding India shift will change with US daylight saving time.
• Availability: Candidates must be exclusively available for the agreed full-time schedule upon joining. A workable transition from current employment can be discussed.
