Fulfilment Associate

We're looking for a Fulfillment Associate to support the end-to-end processing of visa applications and ensure every case moves smoothly from submission to outcome. You'll work closely with customers, internal teams, consulates, and embassies to verify documents, manage application progress, and resolve issues quickly. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground operations role where accuracy, ownership, and speed matter every day. The role is based in-office and operates on a 6-day work week.

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the visa process by clearly explaining requirements, documentation, and next steps.
• Review and verify visa applications to ensure documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant guidelines.
• Coordinate with consulates, embassies, and internal teams to keep applications moving and resolve issues that could cause delays.
• Track every application closely and proactively update customers on status, missing information, or required action.
• Deliver reliable, high-quality execution by protecting customer data, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Have 1+ years of experience in operations, customer service, travel, immigration, or a similar execution-heavy role.
• Are highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases without losing accuracy.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Are comfortable using digital tools, learning new systems, and following structured processes.
• Take strong ownership, solve problems quickly, and stay reliable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
