About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate daily fuel orders, deliveries, and delivery partners.
- Track delivery status and follow up on delays.
- Communicate with customers and resolve queries.
- Maintain order records, MIS reports, and operational data.
- Coordinate payment follow-ups, invoices, and delivery documentation.
- Escalate operational issues and ensure timely order closure.
Preferred candidate profile
- 0-2 years of experience; freshers welcome.
- Fluent Kannada communication; basic English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Karnataka geography.
- Willingness to work from Pune Head Office
