FTTH Technician

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain broadband equipment such as routers, modems, and wireless access points.
• Troubleshoot issues with broadband connections and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including firmware updates, backups, and logging to ensure optimal performance of broadband devices.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of outages or issues affecting multiple customers.

Job Requirements :

• 1-12 years of experience in field operations or related technical support role.
• Strong understanding of broadband services including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
